Winter is in full swing for our October 2016 issue with our MMSCENE Magazine cover boy Sean Harju with who we reunited in Singapore after working on photoshoots in New York three times in the past two years. Sean is looking handsome in a jacket from Sandro on our cover, which is easily the must-have menswear piece of the season. The Singapore session under the direction of our Asia Fashion Editor Randolph Tan is a true guide of the new season, with garments from the likes of Bottega Veneta, Issey Miyake Men, Ralph Lauren, Junya Watanabe as well as Prada and Dries Van Noten to name a few.

Elsewhere in the issue we explore the massive changes in the beauty industry, for the first time in decades reports are showing men are spending as much as women on beauty products. Judging by the available information male models are the primary reason for this fast changing trend. Apparently men all over the globe influenced by the male model physique have simply merged beauty and health in their daily routines.
There’s more after the jump:
While always on the lookout for the latest trends and new designers our Fashion Features Editor Katarina Djoric sits down for a talk with the very promising Yasir Bawazier, one of the most promising South East Asia designer’s who single handedly founded the much talked about indie label Bleach Project. Yasir who is inspired by fashion from an early age shows how the fashion scene is indeed a global village, ready to embrace designers from all over the globe.
Furthermore the Winter season did not stop with us with the cover story, it might be summer in Australia but our regular contributor photographer Pat Supsiri teamed up with the promising Mile Hurley for an engaging take on the new pieces coming our way from the likes of Emporio Armani, Salvatore Ferragamo and Burberry. While for the taste of Milanese fashion scene one of our regular stylist Stefano Guerrini was in charge who pulled his favourites from the likes of Corneliani, Damir Doma (who recently became a permanent part of MFW schedule), Roberto Cavalli by Peter Dundas, Marni, Christian Pellizzari, No21 by Alessandro Dell’Acqua, Philipp Plein, Ermanno Scervino, Prada, Ports 1961, Gucci as well as one of our favourites – Les Hommes. At the same time we reunited with fashion and portrait photographer Clara Copley who brought a taste of the British isle with a seaside story featuring the up and coming Samuel Rock.
Finally, our MODEL TALK boys are sure to take over the modelling scene so do not miss the conversation with Luke Volker and Patrick Kastak. While we have a taste of art on our pages with eye-catching pages from photographer Ryan Tandya as well as Osvaldo Ponton.
